Daniel Donayre
Owner of Cleaning Concept LLC
Daniel Donayre is the owner of Cleaning Concept LLC and a facilities leader with more than 20 years of experience across commercial cleaning, healthcare, and property operations.
Experience
Daniel has supervised commercial buildings, managed operations for a large franchise commercial cleaning company, and supervised healthcare housekeeping at a subacute center. He later served as a facilities director for a large medical group.
Leadership scope
Daniel served on the Summit Medical Group, now Summit Health, Infection Control Committee. He oversaw 4 outpatient hospitals and 80+ satellite offices, with responsibility for environmental services, laundry, maintenance, and property management.
Standards & service
He holds AHE/AHA CSCT (Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician) certification in terminal cleaning and operating room procedures, along with a CSCT Trainer designation. He has registered with government agencies and supported state and federal contracts, while training staff and setting standards across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare environments.
